Fridays are for Friends!
Last week I had an amazing time with a few of my best friends ever. In the spirit of my birthday last month we had to try a new spot. Ink N Ivy is new to Charleston and I heard it was a great spot to hangout and be social. I am glad to say I was not disappointed. The ambiance was amazing. I wish I took more pics of the interior but I was too caught up trying to catch up with my girls.

These Spicy Fried Oysters was a great beginning. They were huge, as you can see.
It was so good Oysters are a fave and seafood is always a good idea.
My cocktail of the night was the "Sorry Not Sorry" cocktail.
If you like Elderflower this is the drink for you. You won't be sorry.
I love spicy food so my immediate choice was the Jerk Chicken. It came topped with a mango chutney.... I liked that a lot. The red rice has quite a kick and the green beans were on point also.
I was a little disappointed with dessert I really wanted the Whisky cake and it wasn't available. The manager was great and apologized about it. I can say the Strawberry Cobbler was so good and the ice cream on top just made it even better.
Hanging with my girls is always the best. We love trying new places together. Needless to say I had a yummy good time and If you're local looking for a great girls night out spot this is it. Oh and it gets better, it turns into a lively night spot once dinner time is over. Thanks for popping in and enjoy your weekend!
