Is it hot enough for y’all yet. Honestly here in Charleston I feel like Summertime has been knocking on our door ever since spring rolled in. The humidity is so thick and the temps are so high everyone wants to just hide in the house until the sun goes down. One thing I love about the Summer is daylight savings time. I love the long days. There’s nothing better than it not getting dark until 9 o’clock at night. I think I’m the only one who loves it.
So let’s talk neutrals. These are some of maybe summer must haves. Over sized sunnies are a must. Not only are they super cute but they protect your eyes from the serious sunbeams we have during the Summer. I also need a large tote. It has to be large enough to carry my laptop in. These wedges were necessary for all those bold bright colors and patterns. They are super comfortable. I love the Dex flex brand. I have so many of their flats. The are the cutest and most comfortable flats. It’s also complimentary here with this gray tank dress.
I love to keep it casual and effortless during the Summer. So I consider these to be a great base. These items will easily be interchangeable with my wardrobe. Which mostly consist of dresses and skirts. I’m all about the light weight fabrics. Until next time try and keep cool. -Telisha
