Instead of thinking about all the things you need to let go of...think about all the great things you need to incorporate in your life.  You’ll notice you don’t have time, energy or space for those other things anymore.



A few of those things I've incorporated in my day to day is:


Morning Yoga: I’ve been doing a 15 min YouTube lead session in the mornings and it’s helped a lot. I feel less stressed with the start of the day. I usually wake up and immediately start pondering my to do’s. Now I get up and after the deep breathing and stretching I feel grounded, less rushed and more energized. 

Aromatherapy: I finally got my diffuser and oils. I’ve often heard about the great benefits and oddly enough I’ve gifted many friends and family them for birthdays and holiday gifts! I never actually got myself one till this month and I’m loving it! It has so many health benefits, every should have one. It helps with stress and anxiety, mind stimulation and even boosting your immune system. My favorite oils are Lavender and Peppermint so relaxing and invigorating.

I think I look so fabulous in this. It hugs my curves perfectly. I’m in love with the pattern of course, y’all know I’m wild about prints and it’s perfect for yoga. It doesn’t shift or slide down while I’m moving. I hate it when I feel the need to keep readjusting during sessions.
