You may have not been consistent with your New Years resolution/goals, but today is a new day and Spring is here!


This post is about changing bad habits into good habits. 



A few tips to help change bad habits:


1. Be patient with yourself!
 You may make a mistake, when this happens make changes accordingly and get back on track quick. 



2. Start with a small habit.

This may be something that is associated with the big habit, its just a way to break it down so It will be easier to over come. Try and make it so easy you could never say no to doing it.


3. Increase, Increase, Increase

When you start small its easier to increase with ease. When your building up your decreasing the bad habit and increasing the good. 


Fact: You can accomplish whatever it is you will yourself to do.
