Holy City Brewery

I decided to be a little adventurous and go for the beer flight. I have been in a few situations were beer was the only beverage of choice. So I wanted to become a little more familiar with options to know what I like. I walked up to the bar and said "Bartender give me the weakest, lightest less tasting of beer, beer you got!" lol, not really but I said I trust you to give me the lightest beer you have, its my first time. He seemed amused.

I have to say I enjoyed tasting all four of them. I think flights are the way to go when trying out something new. Its just enough to get the full bodied taste and not too much to be overwhelmed by something new.

I would have to say the Pilsner I liked a lot and the Washout Wheat seemed the smoothest. The Petite Sour was tart, very tart but it turns out I like tart. The one to the bottom right named Dr Dunkelstein, I'm gonna call Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde lol, simply because it looked dark and handsome but it was too strong for me and my friend. So the guy next to us got a couple of flights on us needless to say. Check out the eats below.

Chamption's Fries

Braised Buffalo Chicken, Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese plus Bacon....so good, its a must try.

 Hot Garlic Parmesan

These wings were phenominal, best wings
I 've had in quite sometime.

We decided to end it on a sweeter note with a Bellini.
This was a great experience! I loved the indoor and the outdoor seating options. Its a very laid back cool vibe great to just come and hangout, have some great food and great beer! I will be back!
