Today, I attended the Record Smashing Tea Party in Summerville South Carolina. The south is known for its sweet tea. Today is National Tea Day and Summerville made a 1400 gallon glass of sweet tea. It was the attempt to break the world record in making such a large amount of ice tea. It was quite the party, live music and local food and sweet treats. Needless to say, Summerville SC is the record holding city for the largest ice tea made. Just another reason why the south is sweet and nothing can be finer than to be from South Carolina.
