Lately I've been finding myself not waiting till Friday to have fun. I'm not sure where the mindset came from that we automatically wait until the end of the week to do activities that bring us happiness. Why not start your week off on a good note? Last week Monday I did just that! Some of my favorite people had a POP UP at a local Bar. There was specialty cocktails to sip and yummy dishes to eat. The Cocktail Bandits took over the bar and Chef BJ Dennis took over the kitchen.
The "Island Berry" cocktail was so good and flavorful. I don't think you can go wrong with strawberry and gin. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp Purloo and I was not disappointed. words can barely describe how great it taste. It was like a flavor explosion and it had a little spicy kick. I couldn't stop talking about.
